RESOLUTION: BUDGET MODIFICATIONS AND TRANSFERS Mo on made by and seconded by t o approve the following Transfers for Budget Year 2026: BUDGET TRANFER: A FUND: Transfer From: A1990.400 Con ngent To: A1910.400 Unallocated Ins $ 1,831.00 BUDGET TRANFER: B FUND: Transfer From: B9950.800 Transfer to Capital Projects To: H21 5301 Transfer from B Fund $125,000.00 BUDGET TRANSFER: SW1 FUND: Transfer From: SW1-8397.2 Water Equip & Cap Outlay To: SW1-8340.400 Transport & Dist-Cont $4,585.00 RESOLUTION: APPROVE HIRING OF 2026 SUMMER RECREATION ATTENDANTS WHEREAS, the Town of Collins sponsors a Summer Recrea on program for the purpose of providing ac vi es for the youth of our town and to provide employment, and WHEREAS, the Town wishes to ll the posi ons necessary to carry out this program, and WHEREAS, the Town adver sed for the posi on of Recrea on A endants and the Personnel Commi ee along with the Recrea on Director interviewed ten of the eleven applicants responding to this ad. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Collins follow the recommenda ons of the Personnel Commi ee and hire the following applicants for the Summer 2026 Recrea on Program to run from Monday, July 8 2026 through Friday, August 14, 2026 at a rate of $16.70 per hour: Sydney Smith, Josalyn Degenfelder, Malarie Carroll, Erin Barker, Paige Sims, Hailey Christopher, Emily Pound, Connor Richard Wilson, Aiden J. Carroll and Alivia Capozzi RESOLUTION: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TOWN OF COLLINS PLANNING BOARD MEMBER WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Planning Board due to the re rement of Richard Agle, e ec ve March 31, 2026, and WHEREAS, the Town of Collins Town Board adver sed for the posi on of Planning Board Member and interviewed 3 of the 3 responding applicants. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collins Town Board appoint David R.
