RESOLUTION: APPOINT TOWN JUSTICE FOR THE TOWN OF COLLINS WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the o ce of Town Jus ce for the Town of Collins, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the New York State Town Law and Public O cers Law, the Town Board of the Town of Collins is authorized to appoint a quali ed individual to ll such vacancy un l the next General Elec on, and WHEREAS, the Town adver sed for applicants to the posi on and received six (6) applica ons, and interviewed all six candidates, and WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that _________________________, who is a resident of the Town of Collins and is duly quali ed to hold the o ce of Town Jus ce and serve the residents of the Town of Collins.
