Village of Gowanda Special Meeting Minutes March 31, 2026 The Village of Gowanda special meeting was called to order by Mayor Nephew at 5:30 PM. Present: Mayor Mark Nephew, Trustee Paul Zimmermann, Trustee Carol Sheibley Employees: Clerk Danielle Wagner, Treasurer Traci Hopkins Absent: Trustee Peter Sisi, Trustee Wanda Koch Public Present: No public present The purpose of the special meeting is to approve the abstract bills to pay due to having bills that need to be paid before the April 21* board meeting. Also, the event application for the Easter Sunrise Service for the Gowanda Free Methodist Church that was submitted late. Clerk-Danielle Wagner Motion 3-179-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sheibley to approve the Easter Sunrise Service Event Application at Gateway Park on 4/5/26 from 7am-8am. Motion carried. Treasurer-Traci Hopkins The abstract bills to pay was provided to the board for approval. Motion 3-180-Motion by Trustee Sheibley, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the abstract bills to pay for General $14,147.44, Water $24,455.71, and Sewer $18,954.84. Motion carried.
