  Good morning Traci,

Thank you for including the renewal on your upcoming agenda. | did want to provide a bit of context around the pricing
we've secured and completely understand the board's desire to explore whether there's any additional room on the rate.

Your most recent contract was at $0.0869/kWh for a 12-month term, and after reconnecting with our pricing team, | was
able to negotiate that down to a new 12-month fixed rate of $0.0859/kWh.

To be transparent, the initial options that came back from pricing were actually a bit higher given current market
conditions. With recent upward pressure on energy costs across the board, there’s been a general trend toward higher
pricing. | pushed back to ensure we were at least able to deliver a reduction from your prior term, and $0.0859/kWh is the
lowest rate they are able to offer for a 12-month fixed agreement at this time.

In terms of timing, these fixed-rate offers are typically valid for 30 days. Since your board meeting falls just outside of that
window, I'll proactively reconnect with our Pricing Team to request an extension, so you have a few extra days after the
meeting to make a decision. I'll keep you posted once | have confirmation on that.

From a market standpoint, this rate is still very competitive- it's currently over 40% lower than the default supply rate
through NYSEG (approximately $0.1424/kWh). While we don't compete directly with the utility, our goal is to provide price
stability and protection against market volatility, which this fixed option accomplishes.

Please let me know if it would be helpful for me to join the discussion or provide any additional information for the board
ahead of the meeting. I'm happy to support however needed.

  Kind regards,

  Robert Baey
