Communications Between OCA and the City • The November 2025 OCA plans proposed an expansion of the existing space from 8,100 to 21,214 square feet. • The plans included: an additional courtroom; 2 judicial robing rooms; offices for additional staff; four sets of bathrooms; and three elevators. • OCA advised that the changes were necessary because the Court had “outgrown the space” at City Hall.
