Re: 2025-2028 Snow Removal and Ice Control Agreement with Erie County

“City”) and Erie County be placed on the agenda for City Council approval on January 5, 2026 authorizing
Mayor Iafallo to execute the same. I am also requesting the Council vote on the enclosed Resolution as
required by the Contract.
The Contract authorizes payment by Eire County to the City for snow removal and ice control on
County-owned roads within and surrounding the City. The Contract encompasses a three-year term and
included standard provisions in relation to the City’s recordkeeping, insurance, and indemnification
obligations.

Thank you for your consideration of this request.
