(C) Resolution #3, whereas Chapter 3, Section 3.7 of the Charter of the City of Lackawanna designates a newspaper having circulation within the City to serve as the “Official Newspaper” of the City; it is hereby resolved that Buffalo Business First, 465 Main Street, Suite #100, Buffalo, NY 14203, is designated as the official newspaper of the City of Lackawanna for the year 2026. 5. City Attorney – Requests the City Council approve the agreement with Erie County for 2025-2028 Snow Removal and Ice Control and the resolution as required by the contract. 5(A) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sig the 2025-2028 Snow Removal and Ice Control Agreement between the City and Erie County.
