Intro local Law 7-2025 Local Law 1-2026 A local law establishing a 12-month moratorium on Battery Energy Storage Systems facilities in the Town of Wales. 1) Call to Order. 2) Roll Call. 3) Town Clerk read Notice of Public Hearing as Published. 4) Overview of Proposed Local Law 1-2026 5) Invitation for Resident’s input to the Town Board. People wishing to speak will be recognized by the Chairperson. Please give full name and address prior to speaking. You will then be allowed three (3) minutes to provide your input to the Board. Please address all comments directly to the Town Board Members only. 6) Adjournment.
