Revised 12/22/2025. *Text in red has been revised Home Leasing proposes the development of a new affordable housing complex on an +/- 10.9-acre parcel in West Seneca, NY. Home Leasing is seeking rezoning of the parcel from M 1 to R 50, allowing for multiple-family dwellings with the issuance of a special use permit by the Town Board. Home Leasing is seeking Site Plan Approval from West Seneca and HCR 9% funding from New York State. The proposed development includes ±75 units split between a re-purposing of the existing mansion on site to include apartments and one new apartment building in the rear of the property. Improvements to the existing mansion include the residential units, modifications (interior and exterior) to make the first floor ADA accessible. The project includes a private road accessing the new apartment building, parking, sidewalks, playground, landscaping and stormwater management facilities. The existing site includes the above-mentioned mansion, two barns, a stone wall along Clinton and parking areas.
