TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Robert Breidenstein, Councilmember DATE: April 13, 2026 SUBJECT: Councilmember Breidenstein re Town-wide Celebrations and Town Campus Beautification Requested Action: Authorize the Supervisor or designee to execute an agreement with Seneca Greenhouse for the delivery of fifty (50) 30" sun tolerant, heat- resistant planters and patriotic themed planters for the town hall campus for the 250th and 175th town-wide patriotic celebrations. Four requests for proposals were made, of which two (2) vendors did not submit quotes and two (2) vendors submitted proposals. Seneca Greenhouse was the lowest, most responsible bidder that was able to meet quote specifications, including design requirements, delivery and cost analysis. Funds will come from the existing budget code (Celebrations: 01755000.4). Buildings and Grounds will prepare (level) planter locations throughout the town hall campus and will water daily. Delivery of the planters will occur before the Memorial Day Parade. RESOLUTION: ATTACHMENTS: 1.
