On behalf of the Civic & Patriotic Commission (CPC) for the Town of West Seneca and our 250/175th celebration this summer, I invite you to submit a bid for services: Specifics: Vendor will provide a written quote due to my attention by March 27th Product Delivery Date: Friday, May 22, 2026, weather related fluctuations may occur and will be confirmed upon award of contract Desired Product Fifty (50) quantity- for 30" round planting pots with planting grade soil, annual flowers Design parameters • Patriotic themed potting plants- specify each quantity per pot with diagram and design rendering. • Pots shall be a uniform design, including, pots, soil, flower and design. • Suggested design to include an annual grass (for thrill), patriotic colors (for fill) and a training plant (for spill) • The town flower should also be visible (marigold) Added Details • Plants must be sun and drought tolerant. • Pots must have some adequate drainage • Pot color must be in dark palate range • Specify and call out any cost of delivery o If delivery is not an option, 100% of product must be available for pick up no later than May 21 at 9 am • Pots will be placed along Town Hall Campus at 1250 Union Road, West Seneca NY • The Town shall prepare the site of the fifty (50) planters Questions can be directed to my attention, listed below.
