TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Jason Foote, Town Engineer DATE: April 13, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Requested Action: The attached Change Order has been prepared to reallocate funds within the Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer contract from completed pay items to Pay Item 14 (Allowance). This will allow the remaining allowance funds to be used to complete sanitary sewer replacement work along West Willowdale Drive, as well as address other deficiencies identified as part of the project. A table summarizing the adjustments for each pay item is included with the Change Order. In addition, this Change Order extends the contract completion date. Please note that the total contract amount will remain unchanged upon approval of this Change Order. Upon your review and approval, please authorize the Supervisor to sign the attached Change Order.
