Seneca hereby commits to funding the required local match and all additional project costs not covered by the grant, for a total estimated local share of $137,800; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the local share shall be funded from the Town’s Sanitary Sewer Fund balance and/or other available funding sources as determined appropriate by the Town; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute all agreements, certifications, and documentation necessary to implement and administer the grant funding; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Board supports the advancement of this project and the completion of the engineering report to guide future sanitary sewer system improvements and regulatory compliance efforts.
