File No. 10023.19 Dear Maureen: During is meeting on Tuesday, May 5th, the Planning Commission adopted resolutions by a six to one vote for the purpose of recommending that the Board of Trustees approve the requested rezoning of a portion of 270 Quaker Road from General Manufacturing (GM) District to General Residential (GR) District and Minor Subdivision Approval for the purpose of creating a new parcel consisting of the senior housing project site. This letter is being submitted on behalf of the Project Sponsor to request that the Board of Trustees adopt a resolution during its next meeting for the purpose of scheduling the required public hearing on the pending requested rezoning of the Project Site and Minor Subdivision Approval.
