A description or narrative of all proposed uses and structures, including but not limited to hours 'of operation, number of employees, maximum seat capacity, and required number of parking spaces. This Project consists of a Restaurant at The Bank of EA at 649 Main Street in the Village. The Project Site will continue to be used for its current use as a wedding and events venue with related accessory uses, but as this is not a daily use, a Restaurant is proposed. When a wedding or other event occurs at the Project Site, all or part of the Restaurant will be closed.
