17. En re Agreement

  This Agreement, including any expressly incorporated Exhibits, cons tutes the en re
  Agreement between Village and Engineer and supersedes all prior wri en or oral
  understandings. This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modiﬁed, or
  canceled by a duly executed wri en instrument. If any term or condi on of this Agreement
  shall, to any extent, be found invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
  remain in full force and eﬀect to the extent allowed by applicable law.
