VILLAGE OF EAST AURORA TAX WARRANT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 - 2027 TO: Maureen Jerackas, Village Clerk-Treasurer YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to receive and collect from the persons named in the tax roll hereunto annexed, the sums stated in the last column opposite their respective names, being a total of $5,069,970.36 for the following purposes: For the current budget $ 4,990,806.00 For re-levied Water Rents $ 52,124.30 For Exemption Removals (RPTL 520’s) $ 27,040.06 TOTAL LEVY $ 5,069,970.36 YOU ARE FURTHER COMMANDED to receive and collect such sums without additional charge between the 1st day of June and the 1st day of July 2026. After July 1st the penalties are as follows: 7.5% July2 – July 31 9.0% August 1 – August 31 10.5% September 1 – September 30 12% October 1 – November 2 On November 3rd, 2026, all unpaid taxes are turned over to the County of Erie for Collection.
