Article 13 Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Article 14 Whereas Clauses: The Whereas Clauses set forth above are hereby incorporated and made a part of this Agreement. Article 15 Independent Contractor: It is mutually understood and agreed by the Parties that an independent contractor relationship be hereby established under the terms of this Agreement and that the Village and any employees of the Village are not, nor shall they be deemed to be, employees of the County. Similarly, the County and any employees of the County are not, nor shall they be deemed to be, employees of the Village. (END TEXT)
