Town of Hamburg Planning Board Meeting – July 15, 2026 The Town of Hamburg Planning Board will meet for a Work Session at 6:30 P.M., followed by a Regular Meeting at 7:00 P.M. on July 15, 2026 in Room 7A/7B of Hamburg Town Hall. The Planning Board will be discussing the following projects: WORK SESSION 1. Mike Sweeney – Requesting Sketch Plan Direction on a proposal for a 55,000 sq-ft industrial storage building on an existing asphalt-gravel storage yard to be located at 3100 Lakeshore Road (SBL #: 150.00-1-1.2) 2. Planning Board to discuss various zoning code amendments as presented by the Planning Department REGULAR MEETING 1. Public Hearing – 7:00 P.M., Liza Acanfora – Requesting Site Plan and Special Use Permit Approval on a proposal for a childcare center to be located at 4090 Jeffrey Blvd 2. Radius Federal Credit Union – Requesting Site Plan Approval on a proposal for a 2,460 sq-ft credit union with a drive thru, 4-car garage, and other associated site improvements to be located at 5505 Southwestern Blvd 3. Planning Board to discuss the draft Final Environmental Impact Statement submitted by Parker Road Developers, LLC regarding a proposed subdivision to be located on the west side of Parker Road, south of Big Tree Road 4.
