Town of Hamburg Planning Board Minutes July 15, 2026 Town of Hamburg Planning Board Meeting July 15, 2026, Minutes The Town of Hamburg Planning Board met for a Regular Meeting at 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Room 7A/7B of Hamburg Town Hall. REGULAR MEETING CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:06 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Kaitlin Chmura led the meeting attendees in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance ROLL CALL Present: Member Chmura, Member Geraci, Member Ryan, Member Stewart, Member Quandt (alternate) Absent: Chair Gronachan (Excused), Member Clark (Excused), Member Zajac (Excused) Staff: Joshua Rogers, Planning Department; Planning Board Attorney Joseph Gogan; Camie Jarrell, Engineering Department Public Hearing- 7:00 P.M., Liza Acanfora- Requesting Site Plan and Special Use Permit Approval on a proposal for a childcare center to be located at 4090 Jeffrey Blvd. Steve Geltz of Daryl Martin Architects appeared on behalf of the project. Mr. Rogers explained to the Board that the Applicant did get their area variance approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals. Prior to that meeting, the Planning Board issued a Negative Declaration for the project. Mr. Geltz added that the Zoning Board of Appeals approved the reduction of required square footage for the outdoor playground from 4,500 sq-ft to 3,000 sq-ft. He mentioned there is an existing parking lot that is going to be restriped, and the playground will be set on top of the asphalt. Member Geraci read the following Public Hearing Notice: 1
