Training includes the following and can be conducted by a licensed ILTP® Instructor: 1. Program Introduction 7. GiD Recognition for the Supervisor 2. Guest Service 8. Developing & Evaluating Lifeguard Zone of Protection® Areas 3. Communication 9. Managing Lifeguard Labor 4. Conducting & Monitoring Effective Training 10. Basic Water Quality 5. Coaching & Counseling 11 . Managing Emergencies 6. Lifeguard Scanning & Vigilance 12. Incident Statements & Investigation 13. Being Preventative to Reduce Risks Safety & Health Program E&A Safety & Health training certification is available as a standalone service, and for ILTP® Instructors. All ILTP Instructors are qualified to teach each E&A Safety & Health courses. Additionally, E&A offers reciprocal trainer status for instructors that are already certified to train specific safety and health topics. Safety and health courses can be offered to non-aquatic staff or the community for revenue generation or professional development and as a means to make emergency care training more affordable and accessible to the public. Safety & Health titles include but are not limited to: 1. Community CPR & AED 4. Supplemental oxygen support 2. Standard first aid 5. Active assailant safety 3. Health care provider level BLS 6. Aquatics autism training Pectora E&A’s exclusive learning management system designed for delivering and tracking training, credentials and continuing education. Administrators,8 instructors and students can track training, credentials and renewals from any connected device.
