4.7. POLICE – Recoveries/Sales Budget Amendment

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Police Department receives distribution payments from a share of
assets forfeited from defendants from time to time and,

WHEREAS, the use of these funds has been recommended by the respective department and,

WHEREAS, these items are not included in the 2026 budget,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the receipt of the following
monies and approves a budget amendment to the revenue and expenditure accounts as follows:
