It is assumed this job DOES NOT have any connection to any NYSDOT, NYSTA, DOT permit/ROW or Federal Aid funded project. It is more costly to supply jobs with these requirements. If some or all units need to be NYSDOT tested and certified, it is the responsibility of the contractor to make us aware and call for updated prices. 2.) Quotes for concrete products are good for 60 days from quote date or most current revision date. Large vaults (8'sq & larger), NYSDOT items & Stormwater treatment units & specialty items are good for 10 days. All resale item prices are subject to change without notice and are good until the end of day of quote. 3.) In order to hold the price and supply of resale material the following must apply: Kistner reserves the right to invoice resale items at the time that purchase order is received and the pricing is accepted by Kistner. Payment terms will apply from Kistner invoice date including possible prepayment, or other negotiated terms. Payment Terms apply regardless if the material has been shipped or picked up by customer or remains in Kistner yard for future shipment. 4.) Any portion of project not released for production after 90 days from Sold date will be subject to pricing review and potential increase. 5.) Structures not released for production from previous season must be released by the end December, prior to start of the new year, and/or any structures not delivered within 6 mo. of the original signed order may be subject to a possible 10 % -15% price escalation. 6.) Prices based on complete precast package - partial orders will affect individual part pricing and freight 7.) We are not responsible for errors, omissions or confirmation of quantities. Our quantities are estimates and it is the responsisbility of the estimator to verify quantities and change the line item total as they see fit. 8.) Plans and details have been reviewed. Not all specs were available / reviewed at bid time. Please review all inclusions / exclusions on quote to verify that all specifications were met for this project or additional charges may apply after time of bid. 9.) All proposals are based on engineer approval. 10.) Prices are based on project quantities. If the project is reduced due to changes/redesigns, we reserve the right to review and adjust prices as need be. 11.) Partial release of a structure size and type, may warrant additional mold re-mobilization charges. 12.) Schedule to be negotiated. We have no committed production or delivery schedule at this time. We will advise tenative production and delivery schedules during negotiations. Projects are quoted without production schedules because of special nature of units. Production schedules will be negotiated based on on KCP Production capacity and availability of plant space and specific product production run capacity. KCP will do its best to provide Customer with best estimate of production schedule, but KCP will not guarantee any up front delivery or production schedule. 13.) Kistner Concrete Products, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any unnecessary process interuption and delays including but not limited to COVID-19 and material supply chain issues.
