Price subject to change for delivery needed outside of standard weekday daytime delivery hours. • Partial loads may require additional flat rate delivery charges when in area or an hourly charge if urgent delivery required based on current freight rates. Not included & contractor responsible to supply or additional costs may apply: • special additives • special coatings • special coatings on reinforcing bar • Anchor bolts threaded 1" longer than required projection with 3 nuts (1 will be cast into product) • Ground wire and all misc unlisted items • Quantities are approximate and should be confirmed • Units are quoted with standard gray conncrete (any color, staining or painting is by contr in field) • Units quoted with standard reinforcing - If epoxy or galvinized is required, call for requote. • Square units to have hand troweled surface on one side • Contractor responsible for all engineering and sizing of pole bases • Plans & specs may not be reviewed by KCP- Contractor to confirm compliance or call for requote General Products warranty: rev# 2020/10/06 • Kistner Concrete Products, Inc. hereby warrants any product manufactured by it to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the product from the premises of KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. In the event of any malfunction or defect discovered within the one-year period specified in the preceding sentence, KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC., at its option, and within 30 days after receiving notice of malfunction or defect, will (1) repair the product or (2) replace it free of charge or (3) refund the purchase price received by KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. at the time of the sale of the product. Notice of any malfunction or defect must be given in writing to KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. within ten days of the time the defect becomes apparent or this warranty shall be null and void. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence (unless it is caused solely by the negligence of KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC., its agents or employees), or the misuse or the mishandling or abuse of the product, whether accidental or intentional. This express warranty excludes all implied warranties, KISTNER CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. shall in no event be liable for damages for a breach of warranty in any amount exceeding the purchase price of the product. • Kistner Concrete Products, Inc. Excludes and disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose and disclaims all liability for incidental and consequential damage. The remedy provided for herein shall be exclusive and sole remedy of the buyer and right of the buyer to consequential and incidental damages being excluded. Order & Delivery Conditions: rev# 2024/05/24 1) Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, customer agrees to accept and honor all invoices for materials delivered, picked up, or remaining in Kistner Concrete’s yard 30 days after manufacture. Payment for these materials will be made in accordance with the established terms. 2.) Orders canceled after the start of engineering or fabrication will be subject to “close-out” charges. Orders canceled prior to production, may be subject to charges for drawing, design and engineering time. Returned materials may be subject to 30% restocking charges along with applicable freight & loading charges. No credit will issued for special manufactured or damaged pieces. Certain items may need customer to load product onto Kistner truck. Certain items, due to shipping restrictions, may need to be returned to Kistner facility by the customer. All returns must be preapproved by Kistner management prior to return.
