Town Board of the Town of Hamburg October 19, 2026 Meeting 4.18. Transition from Granicus to CivicPlus for Agenda and Minutes Management WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg currently utilizes Granicus for the preparation, publication, management, and archival of Town Board meeting agendas and minutes; and WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has reviewed available agenda and meeting management solutions and has determined that CivicPlus can provide comparable agenda and minutes management services while providing a cost savings to the Town; and WHEREAS, transitioning to CivicPlus is expected to provide the Town with an effective and efficient platform for the preparation, publication, management, and retention of Town meeting agendas and minutes; and BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby authorizes the Town Clerk's Office to transition the Town's agenda and minutes management program from Granicus to CivicPlus, subject to the terms and conditions of an agreement acceptable to the Town; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement with CivicPlus, together with any reasonably necessary related documents, pending review and approval by the Town Attorney.
