Town Board of the Town of Hamburg October 5, 2026 Meeting 4.19. Town Hall East Wing & ADA Holding Cells & Bathroom Renovation WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg intends to renovate the unused former dispatch area in the East wing of Town Hall to establish new office space and court holding cells, including meeting all ADA requirements; and WHEREAS, the Engineering, Building and B&G Departments have worked together to prepare bid documents for the renovation project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is authorized to advertise for sealed bids entitled “Town Hall East Wing & ADA Holding Cells & Bathroom Renovation, Contract 2026-03” Project bid documents will be ready for viewing on the Town’s website on October 7, 2026, and the notice will be published on October 16, 2026; Sealed separate bids will be received at Hamburg Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 6100 South Park Ave, Hamburg, New York, 14075, and said bid will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in Conference Room 7 A/B (downstairs) at 10:00 AM.
