September 28, 2026 Meeting
4.18. LiveBarn Services at Hamburg Town Ice Arena
WHEREAS, LiveBarn provides live and on-demand video streaming services at ice arenas, allowing
families, coaches, players, and spectators to remotely view games and other events; and

WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to explore providing LiveBarn services at the Hamburg Town Ice
Arena for the benefit of residents and users of the facility;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby
authorizes Jillian Gorman-King, Director of Youth, Recreation & Senior Services, to contact and
develop a plan for LiveBarn regarding the installation and operation of LiveBarn services at the
Hamburg Town Ice Arena; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any proposed agreement with LiveBarn shall be presented to the
Town Board for review and approval prior to execution.
