4.19. Nike Concession and Bathroom Plumbing Connections

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg authorized Kevin’s Plumbing to complete the connections for the
new concession and bathroom building at the soccer fields on the Nike Recreational Facility; and

WHEREAS, a damaged pipe was found on the project, which had filled with stone, and Kevin’s
Plumbing was able to vacuum out and replace the pipe, which was outside the original scope of work.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes Kevin’s Plumbing for the
additional effort in the amount of $2,500.
