4.16. Out of Town Travel Request – POLICE

WHEREAS, the 2026 International (LETR) Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics
Conference is being held from Thursday, November 5, 2026 – Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Grand
Rapids, Michigan; and

WHEREAS, there is NO COST for LODGING, MEALS, or TRANSPORTATION; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, the Town Board authorize Officer Bret McCabe to attend
the 2026 LETR International Conference at no cost.
