Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Local Law #13, 2026 Legal Notice Town of Hamburg Notice of Hearing Proposed Local Law #13, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg on August 10, 2026, pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, a proposed local law to be known as proposed local law #13, 2026; the proposed local law amends Chapter 76 of the Hamburg Town Code entitled "Building Construction and Fire Prevention", and Chapter 280 of the Hamburg Town Code entitled “Zoning”. An abstract of the proposed local law is described as follows: The purpose of this local law is to amend the provisions of Chapter 76 of the Code of the Town of Hamburg entitled "Building Construction and Fire Prevention", specifically §76-4; Building Permits, Chapter 280 of the Code of the Town of Hamburg entitled “Zoning” specifically §280-11; Certain Public Uses Excluded and §280-284; Limitations on Obstructions in Required Open Space.
