Town Board of the Town of Hamburg September 14, 2026 Meeting 4.31. CSEA White CBA WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg CSEA White membership met on 9/10/26 for the purpose of ratifying the Tentative Agreement between the Town of Hamburg and CSEA White, and WHEREAS the Town of Hamburg CSEA White membership voted unanimously to ratify the Tentative Agreement, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Hamburg Town Board adopts the ratified CSEA White CBA for the time period 1/1/26 through 12/31/31 and the Supervisor is authorized to sign accordingly. 46
