Town Board of the Town of Hamburg September 14, 2026 Meeting 4.5. CDBG Public Hearings WHEREAS, to prepare for the upcoming 2027 program year (4/1/2027 - 3/31/2028), the Department of Community Development shall hold public hearings to seek citizen participation and input for Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership program funding, and WHEREAS, The public hearings shall provide an opportunity for all residents to express community development, housing needs, and to discuss possible projects which would benefit low/moderate income persons and others eligible for use with CDBG and HOME funding, and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hamburg Town Board authorizes the Department of Community Development to advertise and hold public hearings on the following dates/times/location: Date Time Location Monday, September 21, 2026 6:30 pm 6100 South Park Avenue – Conference Room #1 Tuesday , September 29, 2026 6:30 pm 121 Miriam Avenue – Blasdell Village Hall Thursday, October 8, 2026, 6:30 pm 100 Main Street – Hamburg Village Hall Monday, October 26, 2026 6:30 pm 6100 South Park Avenue – Conference Room #1 7
