BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Hamburg Town Clerk is authorized to advertise for a public hearing on
proposed local law #15, 2026. The proposed local law seeks to override the tax levy limit established in
General Municipal Law § 3-c. The public hearing is scheduled for September 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
