4.7. Erie County STOP DWI Contract

RESOLVED, that the Town of Hamburg enter into a contract with the County of Erie that will allow the
Town of Hamburg to participate and receive funding through the Erie County STOP DWI Program.
The contract is for the term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is authorized to sign the contract on behalf of the
Town Board.
