WHEREAS, the formation of the Ambulance District remains an Unlisted Action, and the Town Board can therefore continue to conduct its uncoordinated environmental review of the application, deferring to other involved agencies each to make independent determinations of environmental significance. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board accepts the Amended Short Environmental Assessment Form that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the Ambulance District.
