Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 24, 2026 Meeting 4.25. Town Beach Sediment Study WHEREAS, as part of the ongoing improvements to the Town Beach, the Town has an opportunity to continue investigation and study of sediment transportation; and WHEREAS, Edgewater Resources has provided a proposal to complete the study which has been reviewed by Town Engineer and town’s grant consultant; and WHEREAS, the Town has consulted with FEMA and funding team to determine that this work can be completed on the existing project. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign the attached proposal and approves the following budget amendments to transfer funds pending reimbursement from FEMA and the 25% local match will be fully funded by the General Fun balance.
