Town of Hamburg, NY § 265-1 VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC § 265-1 (a) Area description: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road, Route 5, SH 5407, with the southwesterly right-of-way line of Rogers Road, a county road; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road to its intersection with easterly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad to its intersection with the southwesterly right-of-way line of Rogers Road; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly right-of-way line of Rogers Road to the point of beginning. (20) Thirty miles per hour within the Wanakah area, the boundaries of which are described in Subsection A(20)(a) below: [Amended 11-13-1967 by L.L. No. 18-1967] (a) Area description: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road, Route 5, SH 5407, with the westerly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road, a County Road; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Columbia Avenue; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Columbia Avenue to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road; thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road to the point of beginning. (21) Thirty miles per hour within the area between Lake Shore Drive and Lake Erie, the boundaries of which are described in Subsection A(21)(a) below: (a) Area description: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road, Route 5, SH 5407, with the westerly right-of-way line of Camp Road, Route 75, SH 1067, produced northerly; thence northerly along the westerly right- of-way line of Camp Road projected northerly to its intersection with the shoreline of Lake Erie; thence southwesterly along the shoreline of Lake Erie to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Columbia Avenue produced northerly; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Columbia Avenue projected northerly to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly right-of-way line of Lake Shore Road to the point of beginning. (22) Thirty miles per hour within the Amsdell Heights area, the boundaries of which are described in Subsection A(22)(a) below: (a) Area description: Beginning at the point of intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road, a county road, with the southeasterly right-of-way line of Brundage Drive; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly right-of-way line of Brundage Drive to its intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of Stillwell Avenue; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Stillwell Avenue to its southerly terminus; thence westerly to the southerly terminus of the westerly right-of-way line of Sterling Avenue; thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Sterling Avenue to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of Brundage Drive; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly right-of-way line of Brundage Drive to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Amsdell Road; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line Downloaded from https://ecode360.com/HA0055 on 2026-08-13 21
