Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 24, 2026 Meeting 4.22. Senior & Community Center Change Orders WHEREAS, as the Senior & Community Center project progresses, the contractors have run into challenges, and the Town has made requests for revisions on the project; and WHEREAS, the General Contractor, Resetarits Construction, has provided change orders to cover the changes required as part of the project and the change orders have been reviewed by the Supervisor, Town Engineer and town’s construction manager; and WHEREAS, the attached change orders cover the following items: - Additional built-in cabinetry in the classrooms = $12,466.64 - Increase in water service from 2 inch to 6-inch line due to existing drawings having the existing service mislabeled = $93,253.50 - Revised front entrance of building to add a drop-off loop and associated sidewalks = $107,094.90 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign the attached change orders and approves a budget amendment increase of $212,815.04 from the following accounts: INCREASE: A000.0000.0599.0000 (General Fund Appropriated Fund Balance) by $212,815.04 INCREASE: A000.9950.0975.0004 (Interfund Transfers Transfer to Capital) by $212,815.04 INCREASE: H119.0000.5031.0000 (Capital Construction) by $212,815.04 INCREASE: H119.7187.0281.0001 (Interfund Transfers Transfer to Capital) by $212,815.04 ATTACHMENTS: RFC#08 SK-501.1 Cabinets.pdf RFC#07 Waterline Revisions.pdf RFC#11 Site Plan Revision.pdf 54
