Town Board of the Town of Hamburg June 22, 2026 Meeting 4.23. Parker Road Drainage Easement Survey WHEREAS, due to the Town park facilities on Parker Road and recent increase in rain events, the runoff from the park is negatively impacting adjacent neighbors; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has worked with the properties to obtain a drainage easement, which will allow a new drainage swale to be constructed between the park and Parker Roard; and WHEREAS, in order to establish the easement, the Engineering Department needs survey assistance to identify the property line and the legal description and mapping of the easement and has obtain a proposal from Nussbaumer & Clark Inc. for $2,500. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the attached proposal and the Town Engineer to authorize the work to begin immediately.
