SURVEY PROPOSAL Date: June 16, 2026 Town of Hamburg - Engineering Department 6100 South Park Avenue Hamburg NY, 14075 Attn Camie Jarrell RE: Proposal - Easement Survey 5015 Parker Road Hamburg NY Dear Ms. Jarrell, The following is our proposed scope of work for the above-mentioned project based on your request: Easement Survey: e Establish the location of the existing property line between 5015 Parker Road and the vacant parcel to the north. e Locate any features within a 30’ wide corridor (15’ either side of the property line) such as trees or vegetation that may affect the easement. Provide preliminary survey to the Town of Hamburg for consideration of easement width and location. Prepare final easement exhibit and legal description(s) for filing at the Erie County clerk’s office e: 00* *As an option, we can obtain elevations within the corridor for future design.
