Town Board of the Town of Hamburg June 8, 2026 Meeting 4.23. Erie County Division of Sewage Management Right-of-Entry Request Lake Avenue WHEREAS, the Town granted right-of-entry to Erie County Division of Sewage Management (ECDSM) for the park property at 4699 Lake Avenue on March 9, 2026, to perform video inspection of the existing sanitary sewer within their easement; and WHEREAS, ECDSM has determined that sanitary sewer needs maintenance and therefore plans to perform CIPP lining and install one new manhole along the sewer; and \WHEREAS, ECDSM has submitted another request for right-of-entry and the Town Engineer and Town Attorney have reviewed the request and found it reasonable. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorize the Supervisor to sign the Right of Entry form for 4699 Lake Avenue and for the Town Engineer to coordinate with ECDSM as needed throughout the project.
