RIGHT-OF-ENTRY PARCEL 151.15-4-7___ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS Town of Hamburg 6100 South Park Ave Hamburg, N.Y. 14075 That I (We) of the Town of Hamburg , County of Erie, State of New York, owner of lands located on 4699 Lake Ave_ in the Town of Hamburg COUNTY OF ERIE, and designated as SBL No. 151.15-4-7 , do hereby agree to allow the County of Erie, its’ employees, representatives and designated contractors, to enter upon said lands for the purpose of Ingress & Egress of equipment and personnel to install a 5-foot diameter sewer manhole on the existing 21-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer located within an existing permanent easement, to serve as a bypass pumping access point for an upcoming cured in place pipe lining project and avoid the need for future sanitary sewer bypasses crossing over Smokes Creek. Work shall include excavation, manhole installation, backfill with excavated soils and lawn restoration to the Town’s satisfaction. and hereby release said employees, representatives, contractors and the County of Erie, of being liable for trespass, and do hereby waive any and all claims for such entry or occupation.
