Resolved, the Hamburg Town Board appoints current ZBA Alternate Catherine Mika to the Zoning
Board of Appeals for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2033; and

Be It Further Resolved, the Hamburg Town Board appoints current ZBA member Mark Yoder whose
term expires June 30, 2026 to the Zoning Board of Appeals as ZBA Alternate for a term commencing
July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028.
