4.28. Nike Concession/Restroom Plumbing Connections

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg installed a new concession and bathroom building at the soccer
fields on the Nike Recreational Facility; and

WHEREAS, the building requires connection of all plumbing features; and

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department obtained a quote for the work from Kevin’s Plumbing for
$4,500.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the
attached proposal and work to start immediately.
