Total Utility Room Hookups We will install all necessary plumbing within the utility room to 1 $4,500.00 facilitate the complete building installation. This quote includes all connections within the utility room. Please note that any additional connections outside the scope of this work will be assessed in the field, and any resulting expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Total $4,500.00 Contract / Disclaimer PAYMENT TERMS Projects under two thousand dollars ($2,000): Payment due in full upon completion Projects over two thousand dollars ($2,000): 30% deposit due at contract signing 30% at start of work Remaining balance due upon completion -Any additional work or change orders must be paid in full at the time of approval - A finance charge of 1.5% per month (16% annually) or the maximum allowed by NY law (whichever is lower) may be applied to balances over 30 days past due - Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if enforcement is required In the event of cancellation prior to scheduling or permit filing, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Kevin’s Plumbing. DEPOSIT POLICY (NONREFUNDABLE) A deposit is required to secure scheduling, administrative processing, and project mobilization. Deposits become nonrefundable once any of the following occur: - Project is scheduled - Permits are filed - Materials are ordered - Work preparation has begun Deposits represent costs incurred by Contractor including labor allocation, administrative processing, and project planning.
