Infrastructure. All development shall be services by public water and sewer. The applicant must provide documentation of sufficient capacity to handle the needs of the proposed development. B. Transportation Impacts 1) Overview. Applicants must conduct a detailed traffic study and take appropriate measures to mitigate the negative traffic impacts associated with new development. 70
