SECTION 3. MCKINLEY PARKWAY / SOUTHWESTERN BOULEVARD INTERSECTION Character: This area, immediately to the west of the proposed SIA District, contains autocentric commercial uses. They are primarily strip malls, with a grocery store, gas station, fast food, auto service center, a car dealership, etc. Furthermore, the roadways themselves are characterized by a complete primacy of motor vehicles with numerous travel lanes in each direction, albeit narrow sidewalks and crosswalks do exist.
