4.20. Police Promotion-Lieutenant

WHEREAS, Police Officer Paul Dhand is currently on the Police Lieutenant – 1st Line Supervisor Civil
Service List, Exam #70013840; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board approve the recommendation of the Chief
of Police in promoting Police Officer Paul Dhand to the position of LIEUTENANT effective Tuesday,
May 19, 2026; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the salary is $56.26 per hour, and funds are available in B3120.100.
