Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.23. Closing of Capital Project - Highway WHEREAS, the Town has completed project H26 – Highway Trucks and Equipment and has excess cash remaining, and WHEREAS, the Town has ascertained that it would be desirable to utilize the excess cash to provide additional funding to other capital project needs within the scope that the funding was authorized for. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the close of capital project H26 – Highway Trucks & Equipment and transfer excess cash in the amount of $100,103.29 to H101 – Highway Machinery & Equipment 50
