4.11. Traffic Safety Advisory Board-Speed Study Recommendation to Erie County

WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Board has received complaints from residents about the posted speed
limit on Lakeview Rd from Southwestern to Versailles Rd.

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Traffic Safety Advisory Board, reviewed all the information
provided and voted to recommend a resolution be sent to Erie County to review the speed limit on
Lakeview Rd from Southwestern to Versailles Rd.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board authorizes the TSAB
Coordinator to generate the proper paperwork to be sent to Erie County.
